Vitamin C is a boutique fitness studio offering low impact, high intensity Pilates, Barre and Sculpt classes in our 2 studios: our Reformer Studio, and our infrared heated mat studio, Studio B.
Each class is designed to sculpt long, lean muscles and increase your strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Hot Classes in Studio B are heated to 90degrees using infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates circulation and increases flexibility. Whether on the reformer or the mat - your workout will be fun, effective and challenging to create the strongest version of yourself.
